If you encounter a quiz question in BizLMS that contains a typo, an incorrect answer key, or misleading feedback, reporting it helps ensure our training content stays accurate and up to date.
How you report the issue depends on whether the course is a native BizLibrary course or custom content created by your organization.
1. Determine the Course Type
Check the course details on your launch page or transcript:
BizLibrary Producer / Off-the-Shelf Courses: Courses provided directly through the BizLibrary content library.
Internally Created Courses: Custom lessons, uploaded SCORM files, or company-specific quizzes authored by your internal team.
2. Who to Contact
For BizLibrary Courses: If the issue is in a standard BizLibrary course, reach out to your internal LMS Administrator or your BizLibrary Client Success Manager. They will submit a content review ticket directly to the BizLibrary Content team for correction.
For Internally Created Content: If the issue appears in custom, company-specific training, report it directly to your internal LMS Administrator. Since your organization manages this content, your LMS Admin can edit the quiz directly within the authoring tool or update the assessment bank.
3. What Information to Include
When reporting a quiz issue, include as much detail as possible so the administrator or support team can locate and fix the question quickly:
Course Title and Module / Lesson Name
Exact Question Text (or a screenshot of the slide)
The Current Answer Marked Correct vs. The Correct Answer
Brief Explanation of why the answer key or explanation is inaccurate
