To ensure you have the best chance to absorb and retain your training materials, some courses in the platform have a maximum number of allowed quiz attempts.
If you see a message stating that you have hit the quiz attempt limit, it means you have used all available tries for that specific assessment, and the quiz is now locked.
Because individual training policies are set by your organization, the BizLibrary Support Team cannot manually reset these attempts for you.
To request a quiz reset, please take one of the following steps:
Contact Your Internal System Administrator: Reach out to the person or team managing your company’s learning platform. They have the administrative permissions to reset your attempts instantly.
Reach Out to Your Direct Supervisor: Speak with your manager. They can either reset the quiz for you directly or coordinate with the system admin to get you back on track.
Tip: When you reach out, be sure to include the exact name of the course you are working on so they can find it quickly!
Once your administrator or supervisor resets your quiz, it's a great idea to set yourself up for success before jumping back in:
Review the Lesson Material: Take a few minutes to re-watch the video modules or review your notes.
Clear Your Cache: If the system doesn't immediately reflect the reset, try clearing your browser's cache or opening the course in an Incognito/Private window.
