To help tailor your custom content for learners, administrators can upload a thumbnail image. Thumbnails use a 16:9 ratio, and we recommend the dimensions to be 1920x1080. 

To upload the thumbnail image, please review the following steps:

1. From your homepage select Administration from the main drop-down menu
2. On the admin navigation sidebar click Learning followed by Libraries
3. Select your custom library
4. Search for and select the course you want to upload an image to
5. Within the header, hover over the default/current thumbnail and select Change
6. Browse for the file you want to save on your device
7. Click Upload when finished

Helpful Tip: Once uploaded the system may take some time to sync/refresh, but your image should appear within a half hour. To help speed up this process, you can click Edit Profile followed by Save Changes within the course profile.
