When a course, lesson, or learning initiative has been assigned to a learner but does not appear on their primary homepage dashboard, it is typically due to the configuration of the assignment details.

The most common cause for this issue is a missing Due Date.

Assignment Display Requirements

To appear actively on the learner homepage dashboard, an assignment must have a due date.

If an administrator or supervisor creates an assignment without designating a specific deadline, the system does not display it in the primary dashboard view.

Troubleshooting Steps

1. Select Administration from the main menu
2. Select People from the sidebar menu and choose either Teams or Learners
3. Click View Profile on the right side for the team or learner where the assignment was made
4. Click on the Assignments tab within the profile
5. Click Edit to the right of the assignment
6. Enter the desired information
7. Click Submit to save your changes
