When a course, lesson, or learning initiative has been assigned to a learner but does not appear on their primary homepage dashboard, it is typically due to the configuration of the assignment details.
The most common cause for this issue is a missing Due Date.
Assignment Display Requirements
To appear actively on the learner homepage dashboard, an assignment must have a due date.
If an administrator or supervisor creates an assignment without designating a specific deadline, the system does not display it in the primary dashboard view.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Select Administration from the main menu
- Select People from the sidebar menu and choose either Teams or Learners
- Click View Profile on the right side for the team or learner where the assignment was made
- Click on the Assignments tab within the profile
- Click Edit to the right of the assignment
- Enter the desired information
- Click Submit to save your changes
