The system updates at the top of every hour or once a day, depending on the size of your import. For anything less than 5,000 rows, imports are queued to process hourly. At the latest, larger imports will process once a day at noon. 

For example, if you import 50 new learners at 12:45 pm, you should see them added to the system by 1:00 pm.
