- Download the SAML, WS-Federation and OAuth 2.0 tracer browser extension. This can be found by going to this link: https://microsoftedge.microsoft.com/addons/detail/saml-wsfederation-and-o/boffpaecgbbojpkboijhbmhecoefdehi
- Once the extension is downloaded go to the page in which you begin your log-in process.
- Before logging in, Click the Extensions Icon to the right of the URL Bar > Then click the 3 dots in a row to the right of the “SAML WS-Federation and OAuth..” name > Then click “Show in Toolbar”. This will allow for the tracer to be visible and easily accessible
- The SAML Tracer icon should now be visible on your toolbar.
- Log In
- Once you’ve logged in or are met with an error message, Click the SAML tracer icon on your toolbar to open up the tracer
- Then click the Export Button to export the tracer results. Please send this .json file that downloads, back to us to review
