As you prepare for the conclusion of your BizLibrary partnership, please be aware of our Master Service Agreement regarding content extraction. To ensure you retain all necessary assets, clients are responsible for managing their own data exports and source file backups prior to the contract termination date.
Self-Service: Document Extraction
To export Documents from a Custom Library, we will need to start by navigating to the appropriate Library:
- From your homepage, select Administration from the main menu.
- Click Learning then Libraries on the sidebar menu.
- Select your custom library, then filter for Documents by selecting the Content Types dropdown.
For each document that you’d like to export:
- Click the Content Title to open the course profile:
- Under the Details tab, locate the Update Document section.
- Click the File Name to export a copy of the document.

Learner Transcript Reports
- Once all learners have finished their activity in BizLMS, you are able to export a full transcript report to keep track of content learners completed during your partnership with BizLibrary. To access a full list of transcript history, we recommend leverage the Transcript - Detail report located within Centralized Reporting. Within this report, filter for a custom timeframe that covers the dates from the beginning of your BizLibrary contract to the current date. - If you have uploaded documents or supplementary files (like manuals or guides), you can download these resources directly by following the usual download process in the platform.
