As an administrator, if you are having trouble locating a learner, it may help to check if their profile is inactive. In order to find out if a learner's profile is inactive:
- Select Administration from the main menu dropdown
- Select People followed by Learners from the sidebar menu
- Click filter and select the radio button next to inactive
- Select apply filters
- Search for the learner (by name or username)
