The Activity - Content Detail report is your primary tool for understanding how learners interact with content on their own. By filtering for self-directed launches, you can identify trending topics and gauge the organic interest of your workforce.
How to Access the Report
Log in to your BizLibrary LMS as an Administrator.
Navigate to the Reporting tab.
Select Activity.
Click on the Content Detail tab.
Filtering for Self-Directed Data
To see only the content that learners chose to view (rather than what was assigned to them), follow these steps:
Launch Type: Set this to Self-Directed.
Note: "Prescribed" refers to assigned content, while "Self-Directed" refers to content found via search or browsing.
Activity Date Range: Select the period you wish to analyze (e.g., "Last 30 Days" or a custom range).
Learner Status: We recommend keeping this set to Active to ensure your data reflects your current workforce.
Topic/Library: Use these filters if you want to see which specific subjects (like Leadership or Microsoft Excel) are most popular for voluntary learning.
