Over the past few months, BizLibrary has conducted extensive research to enhance the Centralized Assignment Reports. These updates are driven by client feedback and market analysis, with the goal of delivering more accurate and reliable reporting tools.

What’s New?

1. We’ve streamlined the report by removing the “Assignment Status For” filter. The report now focuses on answering the most critical question: “What is the status of my learners’ active assignments?”
2. Assignment data is now refreshed daily, providing a reliable snapshot each morning. This ensures that the report reflects the most current learner progress. 

With this change, we at BizLibrary suggest the LMS assignment pages are used in the following manner for the most efficient use of the system.

1. Assignment Tabs (Administrative Profiles) – For creating, editing and unassigning assignments.
2. Centralized Assignment Reports – For tracking progress on active assignments.

We’re excited to announce that BizLibrary is beginning research on a new Assignment Audit Report. This report, available upon request, will provide historical assignment data spanning up to three years.

• Based on client feedback, daily access to historical data was deemed unnecessary. To simplify the interface and enhance data reliability, this feature was removed from the main report.
