The Libraries section in BizLibrary is your central hub for all available learning content. To help you quickly find and manage specific items, our powerful filtering tools allow you to easily refine your view beyond simple title or topic searches. This article covers how to filter by active or retired status, isolate specific content types (like AICC, SCORM, Video Lessons, Documents, Weblinks, Classrooms, and Quizzes), and narrow down results based on their topic placement. This makes referencing content—and maintaining your assignments, such as removing old retired material—simpler than ever.

To navigate to the Library and Leverage Filters: 

1. Select Administration from the main menu drop-down
2. Select Learning and then Libraries from the sidebar menu on the left
3. Click on the title of the desired library
4. Use the applicable dropdowns to filter through content and topics
