For administrators who have access to a custom library and who have created their own custom topics, they can tie the topic to their custom content by following the steps below:

1. From your homepage, select Administration from the main menu
2. Click Learning then Libraries on the sidebar menu
3. Select your custom library, then view the profile of the course you want to add a topic to
4. Scroll down and select the Libraries & Topics header
5. Search for and select the desired topic
6. Clicking the topic title will automatically add it
