This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to unassign a learning initiative from users or groups within the BizLibrary administrative portal. 

Unassigning an initiative removes it from the user's list of assigned training, but it does not delete the initiative itself or affect any completed progress or historical data. You'll learn how to navigate to the initiative settings and revoke the assignment, whether you need to manage a single user's assignments or a large group's.

1. Select Administration from the main menu dropdown.
2. Select Learning, followed by Learning Initiatives.
3. Select the appropriate Learning Initiative title. 
4. Navigate the the Assignments tab.
5. Select the Learner or Learners that you'd like to remove the Learning Initiative for by clicking the checkbox by their name.
6. Select Unassign and confirm the Assignment Removal.
