To update the status of individual content titles within a Learning Initiative:

1. Select Administration from the main menu drop-down
2. Select Learning and then Learning Initiatives from the Administrative Navigation Menu
3. Select the Learning Initiative that the content is housed in
4. Select the Status tab, followed by switching the dropdown on the left side of the report from Learner to Detail
5. Check the box(es) next to the Learner(s)and Content you wish to reset status for and click Modify Status
   • Helpful tip: You can use the filters to select content titles to make viewing each course easier
6. Enter the desired status
   • Available: Moves the course from a Completed or In-Progress status, prompting learners to engage with a previously completed course.
   • In-Progress: Moves the course from a completed status to In-Progress, prompting the learners to engage in a course or a quiz that may have been previously completed.
   • Complete: Moves the course from a Not Started or In-Progress status to Completed, removing the course from the learner’s incomplete assignments.
7. Enter the status date
8. Click Save
