If you would like to grant another user the ability to grant access to your learners to a library (and to manage content for your custom library), you can do so by:

1. From your homepage, select Administration from the main menu
2. From the sidebar menu, select Learning followed by Libraries
3. Select the library that you would like to grant privileges over
4. Click the Privileges tab followed by New Privilege
5. Select user(s) to give privileges to
6. Check the box for Can Grant Access to Learners
7. Indicate which team the user should be able to grant access to
8. Click Grant Privilege
