Administrators are able to view the exact date that their learners were created within the system. This is a filter within a team that an administrator can utilize. They are able to enter a specific time frame in order to determine who was added first, or more recently. With this filter, the administrator will also be able to view when a learner may have been reactivated during a certain time period. Please follow the steps below to locate and apply this filter.

1. Select Administration from the main menu
2. Select People from the sidebar menu and then Teams
3. Select the appropriate team
4. Select the Learners tab
   • The columns Creation Date, Activation Date, and Deactivation Date will be listed
   • The view can be sorted by any of these columns by selecting them
5. Select Filter on the left
6. Go to Active Date Range and enter specific dates
   • Activated on - the learner was activated on one of the days in the time frame
   • Active within - the learner remained active through those dates
7. Go to Creation Date Range and enter specific dates
   • Use this if you need to see who was created during that time period
8. Apply the filters
