Within the BizLMS, the "Send Login Link" option within a Team or Learner’s Profile is used to quickly send an email to that user with a direct link to log into the platform.

This is especially useful for:

• New users who need easy access without remembering their login credentials.
• Users who forgot their password and need a quick way to access their account.
• Admins assisting learners who may be struggling to log in.

To Send Login Link to a Team:

1. Select Administration from the main menu.
2. Click People followed by Teams from the sidebar menu.
3. Search for and select the applicable Team.
4. Select Actions then Send Login Link.
5. Confirm the action.

To Send Login Link to an individual learner:

1. Select Administration from the main menu.
2. Click People followed by Learners from the sidebar menu.
3. Search for and select the applicable Learner.
4. Select Actions then Send Login Link.
5. Confirm the action.

The Login Link will send within a few minutes to the applicable Team(s) or Learner(s). The link is valid for 24-hours and should not be shared with anyone else, within or outside of the organization.
