Administrators can run a simple check on where content is used throughout the system. This can be how many learner and team assignments the content is associated with, how many Learning Initiatives the content is in, and what Featured Playlist the content is in. This is especially important for content that is soon-to-be retired, or already retired.
In order to run a check for content utilization, please follow these steps:
- Select Administration from the main drop-down
- Select Learning, then Libraries
- Click on the library title that holds the desired content, then search and select the course title or click View Profile in order to access the course profile
- Select the Actions drop-down, then select Check Usage
You will now see the number of assignments that have gone out for this course, the titles of the learning initiatives that the course is in, and the titles of the featured playlist that the course is in.
