Several reports are available throughout BizLMS to help administrators gauge learner progress and activity. These reports are found in commonly used areas, such as team profiles, learning initiative profiles, content profile pages, and more. Throughout these pages, various filters are available to help narrow down the page data.
Team Reporting
From the Team Profile page, administrators can view information about a team’s activity using various tabs, including:
- Summary: Provides a quick reference report on overall team status, such as completions, active learners, and more
- Assignments: Provides a list of assignments made to a team
- Status: Provides detailed information about learners’ content status as well as a high-level chart with overall progress for the specific team
- Activity: From the activity tab, administrators can view login, launches, and completion information for a team over time
To access a team profile page, go to:
Administration > People > Teams > Select a team to report over
Individual Learner Reporting
From the Learner Profile page, administrators can perform in-depth reporting on a single learner’s progress and activity using the following tabs:
- Assignments: Shows all assignments that have been made to a learner
- Status: Provides a list of content a learner has been assigned or interacted with as self-directed learning
Helpful tip: The Status tab shows a learner’s current status for content. To view a learner’s historical completions, we recommend using the Transcript Detail report within centralized reporting.
To access a learner profile page, go to:
Administration > People > Learner > Select a learner to report over
Learning Initiative Reporting
Administrators can report on a single learning initiative by going to the learning initiative profile. From there, you can view assignments, and status information for the learning initiative and content within the learning initiative. This includes the following tabs:
- Assignments: Provides a list of rules set up to automatically assign the learning initiative, as well as a list of learners that have been assigned
- Status: Viewing by learner, administrators can see the status for a learner’s learning initiative assignment. Viewing by detail, administrators can see detailed information about a learner’s status for content within the learning initiative
To access a learning initiative profile page, go to:
Administration > Learning > Learning Initiatives > View by Learning Initiative > Select a learning initiative to report over
Single Content Item Reporting
To report over an individual piece of content, administrators can head over to the content profile page to view detailed activity information. Three tabs help provide insight into the lesson’s activity:
- Assignments: Provides a list of all learners that have been assigned this specific lesson
- Status: Provides a list of all learners that have a status for the lesson (which can be through an assignment or through self-directed learning)
- Ratings & Comments: Includes a list of comments and/or ratings left by your learners regarding the lesson
Helpful tip: The Status tab shows a learner’s current status for the selected lesson. To view the content's historical completions, we recommend using the Transcript Detail report within centralized reporting.
To access a content profile page, go to:
Administration > Learning > Libraries > Select a library > Select a lesson to report over
