With BizClassroom, you can easily turn your BizLMS Virtual Classroom recordings into on-demand training content by adding them to your Custom Library. Please note, a recording must have been started in the virtual classroom to proceed. You will have 30 days to convert the recording into a video lesson.

After your session ends, to convert a BizClassroom Recording into a Video Lesson:

1. Click on Administration from the main menu.
2. Click on Learning then Libraries from the sidebar menu.
3. You will need to navigate to your custom library where the classroom lives.
4. Search for the Classroom, then click to open the classroom profile.
5. Within the classroom profile, navigate to the events tab and select the event you just hosted.
6. Locate the session time and date that you’d like to convert into a video.
7. Select the ‘+’ icon and follow the prompts on-screen.

This will create a new course profile, similar to a custom resource you’ve previously added to your custom library. This lesson can be assigned, details can be modified to include thumbnails and topics, and has its own course report within the status tab.
