Roster Tab

• Purpose: Tracks enrollment and provides an overview of an individual event status.
• Key Features:
  • Lists all learners enrolled in the classroom event.
  • Displays the progress status (e.g., "in-progress" or "complete").
  • Reflects changes based on updates made in the Attendance tab.
• Use Case: Use the Roster tab to manage and monitor the overall status of the event and its participants.

Attendance Tab

• Purpose: Tracks whether learners have attended and completed event sessions or were marked as no-shows.
• Key Features:
  • Records attendance details for each session within an event.
  • Updates the Roster tab based on attendance tracking:
    • If session requirements are not yet met, the Roster tab will show "in-progress" for that event.
    • Once all session requirements are met, the Roster tab will show "complete" for that event.
• Use Case: Use the Attendance tab to log participation and ensure compliance with session requirements.
