Administrators can give other learners in the system the same or a subset of their privileges. The administrator can narrow down which team the new administrator has privileges over and which privileges they can have.
To assign the privileges to a new administrator:
- Select Administration from the main menu dropdown
- Select People and then Learners from the sidebar menu
- Select view profile next to the desired learner
- Select the Privileges tab within the profile
- Select New Privilege on the right
- Select the privileges the new admin should have
- Click Add Privilege on the bottom right
Please note that full administrative privileges are a two-step process. After assigning administrative privileges on the learner's profile, navigate to libraries to grant your administrator privileges over libraries (this adds the "Libraries" option to the admin menu).
From the library's profile page, go to the privileges tab and add library privileges for the new administrator.
