BizLibrary is pleased to announce BizAI, your AI-powered learning assistant! Through BizAI, enhanced learning experiences for learners and administrators can be found in a few of our product updates.
BizAI Feature: New Learner Onboarding Experience
As new learners log into BizLMS, they will be greeted by BizAI in our new Learner Onboarding Modal. Learners are prompted to set their learning preferences, specifying their learning format, topics of interest, and preferred pacing.
BizAI Enhancement: Improved Recommendation Engine
As learners set up their new learning preferences in the Learner Onboarding Modal, our improved recommendation engine recommends content to learners that aligns with their learning preferences.
BizAI Enhancement: Search Functionality Upgrade
To round out our new BizAI features, learners can now experience an enhanced search functionality. Learners can type in questions and search for skills and topic areas, and our new AI-powered search will show results for courses, videos, suggested answers, and other resources tailored to meet their learning needs.
To use enhanced search, enter a query in the search bar centered at the top of the page:

BizLMS Enhancement: Admin Dashboard Customization
The Admin Dashboard has been enhanced to allow administrators to customize their dashboard. Administrators can drag and drop widgets to define their layout preferences, including new quick actions such as Reset Password, Impersonate, Send Message, and more! Widgets can be added, removed, and moved at the administrator’s discretion.
Administrators can also choose between a timeframe to filter the displayed data:
BizLMS Enhancement: Copy Event Rosters
Lastly, for clients using classrooms, administrators can now copy events, event schedules, and their rosters all at once! Including the roster in the duplication of a classroom event reduces the amount of time administrators need to spend developing classrooms and helps to streamline the creation process.
