NEW BizLMS Feature: Learner Preferences Report
As new and existing learners complete their learning preferences, administrators can now review that data in the Learner Preferences Report. Available from the Team Profile under the Actions menu, the Learner Preferences Report provides valuable insights into learners’ preferred learning styles, including what topics a learner is interested in, their preferred duration, and what drives them to log into the system (mandatory training or exploratory learning).
Accessible from any team’s profile page, this report is exported via the system and emailed to the requesting administrator.
BizLMS Enhancement: QR Codes for Learning Initiatives
After much positive feedback on the QR codes added to content profiles, QR codes have also been added to Learning Initiatives! Administrators can generate a unique QR code for by going to the Learning Initiative Profile page and selecting Get QR Code under the Actions menu.
Learners can then scan the code to be taken directly to a learning initiative assignment, providing quick access to on-the-job training.
BizLMS Enhancement: Classroom Backdating
For clients utilizing the classroom feature, administrators can now create events with schedules in the past.
When creating a classroom schedule in the system, administrators will now begin by selecting the date and time of their new schedule. This first stage will prompt administrators to select a historical or future date. As administrators add or update schedules for past events, reporting will more accurately reflect their in-person training.
Please note, backdated schedules can only select physical classroom facilities.
BizLMS Enhancement: New Filters Added
On the Content Profile page, under the Status tab, administrators can now filter for learners by name. For clients with lots of learners, administrators can select one or more learners to filter and narrow down their status results.
On the Learning Initiative Profile page, under the Status tab, if administrators choose to view by detail (individual content items), a new filter is available for the content’s current status. Administrators can narrow down their results for content that is completed, in-progress, and available.
