For clients with a Content Library Pack subscription, the Content Application (CDS) empowers administrators to preview, manage, and export content, ready for seamless playback within your preferred learning platform.
Content Subscription Overview
Before diving into your pack library management, explore your available subscriptions. Under the settings (gear icon), the My Product page reveals your subscription details, including the name, quantity, and start and end dates. Selecting Manage takes you to the Browse Content page, filtered for the chosen subscription.
Viewing Activation Usage
On the Browse Content page, administrators can select which library to manage, view activation usage, and monitor activation limits. Each pack library has a set maximum of active lessons, with the Total Active Limit tracking progress toward this limit. The Total Activations Used bar shows progress toward the annual activation limit.
How to Activate Content
To activate content, navigate to Browse Content and select titles using the checkboxes on the left. As you select items, the Activate Content button will display the number of items chosen.
Helpful Tip: If a checkbox is unavailable, the content is already active. Check My Activations to see activated lessons.
Once you’ve selected all desired items, click Activate Content. A confirmation screen will show your new Total Active Limit and Total Activations Used. Note, activations cannot be undone once confirmed.
How to Download Content
To download, go to My Activations, select the content, then click Download Selected. A prompt will allow you to specify package type and organization. Click Get Download Link, and you’ll receive an email with download links for both content and metadata.
How to Deactivate Content
To deactivate, head to My Activations and either click the trash icon by each title to delete individually, or select multiple titles using the checkboxes and select Remove Selected. A confirmation modal will review your choices, update your Total Active Limit, and show your adjusted Total Activations Used.
Helpful Tip: If deactivating a parent lesson, please note any customized versions will also be affected.
