To disable scrubbing so that learners can no longer fast-forward through the content, the content must first be customizable. Most BizLibrary Production courses are able to be customized and you can do so by filtering by producer, selecting BizLibrary Productions, clicking the content title, and selecting customize.

To disable scrubbing please follow the instructions below:

1. If not already added, add filter for producer
2. Select BizLibrary Productions for Producer
3. Click on the title of the course you would like to customize
4. A content box will populate & you will select the blue customize button which will populate another content box with the title and description for you to review.
   1. Helpful Tip: Pay attention to what will & will not be copied listed below the course description.
5. Click the green customize button once you have reviewed the information. This will bring you to a downloading screen and the course profile will then populate once downloaded.
6. Within the course profile you will see several customizable tabs available such as details, support materials, interactions, quiz, and captions. You will want to click on the details tab and click the green edit button in the bottom right-hand corner.
7. Check box under Misc. Options for "disable scrubbing".
