Keeping track of active content within your Pack Libraries is essential for effective library management. This guide will walk you through the process of reviewing your currently active content and understanding the number of active titles within the BizLibrary Collection (BLC).

Steps to Review Active Content:

1. Navigate to the Administration
2. Select Learning and Libraries
3. Select BizLibrary Packs
4. Scroll to the Bottom of the Page
   • Once inside the BLC, scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the total number of active titles (example: 20 out of 75 courses means that 75 courses are currently active).

Important Considerations:

• Ensure You Click into the Library:
  It is crucial to click into the specific library (BLC) rather than relying on the main library page. The main page displays all available content, including both active and inactive titles.
• Pack Library Filters:
  The main library page does not account for filters applied to pack libraries. Pack libraries essentially apply filters to curate specific content, and failing to click into the BLC may lead to inaccurate title counts.
