To track learners’ activity for a team playlist, administrators can report on the playlist to see a learner’s score, time spent in a course, status, launch type, due date, and status date. You can also view the total duration of the course, and the learner’s most recent activity history.

Administrators can update the status of a course from this report as well.

Please review the following steps to report on a playlist:

1. From the main menu, select Administration
2. Select People, then Teams from the sidebar menu
3. Click the Featured Playlists tab
4. Select the featured playlist you would like to report on
5. Click View Status
6. This will direct you to the Status tab, prefiltered for all content within the selected playlist
7. From here, you can report on learners’ time spent in a course, the status, score and more
