Below is a list and purpose of each possible quick action offered by the Admin Dashboard.  Each quick action can be added or removed to the Dashboard through the Dashboard customization feature.

Create Learner

Create a learner direct from the Admin Dashboard.  The learner will by default be placed in the admin's root level team unless specified differently in step 3 of the creation process.

Create Team

Create a new team from the Admin Dashboard.  Admin will be required to choose the parent team within the admin's privileges as part of the creation process.

Impersonate Learner

Impersonate a learner from the Admin Dashboard without the need to navigate to the learners profile.  Only learners within the admin's privileges are able to be impersonated.

Reset Password

Admin can reset a learners password from the Admin Dashboard without the need to navigate to the learners profile.  Only learners within the admin's privileges are able to have their password reset.

Send Message

Admin can create a new Scheduled Message or send a message to learners immediately direct from the Admin Dashboard.

Assign Content

Admin can assign content to individual learners or teams within their privileges directly from the Admin Dashboard.

Assign Learning Initiative

Admin can assign Learning Initiatives directly from the Admin Dashboard for Initiatives and learners/teams within their privileges.

Create Content

Admin can create content directly from the Admin Dashboard for any Library within the Admin's Privileges.  Admin will require "Can Manage Content" Privilege over a Library to create content.

Create Featured Playlist

Admin can create a Featured Playlist for any team within their privileges directly from the Admin Dashboard.

Create Qualification

Admin can create a Qualification for any team within their privileges directly from the Admin Dashboard.

Create Learning Initiative

Admin can create a Learning Initiative within their root level Learning Initiative Group directly from the Admin Dashboard.  Configuration of Learning Initiative stages and content will be done on the Learning Initiatives Profile.
