Curriculum Builder allows clients that utilize a third party LMS to quickly and easily download a group of courses. This will provide the administrator a link and once selected, the courses will automatically download to the administrator's computer.
The steps below outline how to download content packages within Curriculum Builder:
- Select Administration
- Select Learning
- Select Curriculum Builder
- Use the Filters at the top of the page to locate courses
- Check the box(es) next to the desired course(s) to download a subset of files
- Can choose multiple at a time
- Can have up to 30 selected at once
6. Use Download All if you wish to download all courses
- Select View Curriculum Draft
7. Select the appropriate options
- Choose standard
- Choose organization (please note it is standard to zip each course)
- Remove Special Characters is helpful if you find course titles or descriptions containing irregular characters
- Ensure the email address is correct
- Select get download link
8. Within minutes, you will receive 2 emails with download links, one will download a zip file containing all course files, the other will contain additional course metadata your selected.
