Completion certificates are offered for every course or piece of content that a learner completes.

To access certificates:

1. Select My Learning from the main menu
2. Click the Transcripts tab
3. On the right side of the list, you will see a certificate icon 
4. Clicking this icon will automatically download the document to your computer

Helpful tip: Completion certificates are also available within the content profile of a completed content item.
