Accessible from the main navigation menu, the My Learning area of BizLMS is available for all learners to see detailed information about their usage and assignments. My Learning is comprised of several tabs that may or may not include Assignments, Recent Activity, Classroom, Learning Initiatives, Qualifications, Games, Playlists, Transcripts, and Approval Requests. Not all tabs may be available if certain criteria are not met. For example, if a learner is not assigned any content, the Assignments tab will not be visible to the learner, as there are no active assignments.

Assignments

The Assignments tab provides a list of content assigned to a learner. Learners can filter for different statuses, as well as if assignments are due soon or overdue.

Recent Activity

The Recent Activity tab allows learners to look at their previous activity within BizLMS. Learners can narrow down results to the past 30, 60, or 90 days, view activity for all time, or choose a specific date range. A status filter is also available.

This is especially helpful if you have started a lesson previously, but did not have a chance to complete it. You can come back to the Recent Activity tab to find the lesson and complete it when you have the time.  

Classroom

If a learner is registered for a classroom, the Classroom tab will populate within My Learning. From here, learners can view all classrooms, past and present, available to the learner.

Learning Initiatives

Once a learner is assigned a learning initiative, the Learning Initiative tab becomes available. Under this tab, learners will find a list of all assigned learning initiatives, their status, due date, completed date, and more.

Qualifications

For learners that are required to be certified for your job role, your organization may use the qualifications feature. If you are qualified or were qualified at one point, the Qualifications tab will be available to you to view what qualification you currently have or previously acquired, as well as when your qualification starts and expires.

Games

The Games tab will be available to you if you are currently or have previously participated in a game. Past and present games are available for viewing, and provide data on your rank, when the game ends, and any badges you’ve accumulated.

Clicking Go To Game will take you to the game’s profile page, where you can view the rules for the game and see where you stand in the rankings.

Playlists

From the Playlist tab, learners can view playlists they have created, playlists that have been featured by an administrator, and playlists shared with them from other learners. From there, personal playlists can be edited, exported, and shared with other learners.

Transcripts

The Transcripts tab provides a list of all a learner’s completed content. Learners can search for completed content, rate lessons, view their completion certificates, download their learning history, and more.

Approval Requests

Lastly, if your organization has set up approval agents, or allowed learners to submit external training requests, the Approval Requests tab may be available to you. From here, you can see a list of training that you have been approved for.
