Empowering your clients to manage their own training starts with setting up the right administrative access. This article walks you through the three-step process of provisioning a Client-Administrator: creating their baseline learner profile, elevating their platform privileges, and equipping them with our New Admin Training Guide for a seamless onboarding experience.
First, we need to identify whether or not the Client-Admin have existing BizLibrary access.
- If yes, move to Granting Privileges.
- If no, move to Creating Learners.
Keep in mind, as outlined in the New Client Setup documentation, each client should have their own unique Root Team, Content Group, Facility Group, and Learning Initiative Group.
