First, let's determine how you access BizLibrary. Select BizLMS or BizLibrary's CDS below for specific instructions.
LMS Password Resets
Within the LMS:
- From the Home page, select the drop-down that shows your name and image in the top right
- Select My Profile, then Reset Password
- Using the required criteria, type in your new password
- 8 or more characters
- At least one lowercase letter
- New password cannot have ever been used previously
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one number
- New passwords match
- Acknowledge BizLibrary's privacy policy
- Select Save
CDS Password Resets
Please note that in order to reset your password, you must have authenticated your account upon receiving your CDS login credentials. If you have not previously signed in to CDS, please reach out to your Client Success Manager to have the initial login email resent.
Within CDS:
- From any page, select the drop-down that shows your name and image in the top right
- Select My Profile, then Reset Password
- Note: You will receive a One-time code via email to reset your password.
- Enter the One-time code
- Using the required criteria, type in your new password
- 8 or more characters
- At least one lowercase letter
- New password cannot have ever been used previously
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one number
- New passwords match
- Select Save
