Most of BizLibrary’s content will play directly in your browser once you click launch/play on the content profile page. However, content by Skillsoft and content that your company uploaded may require disabling your pop-up blocker. Below are the steps for disabling a pop-up blocker for our recommended browsers:
Chrome:
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click the three vertical dots icon > Settings.
- Click Privacy and security > Site Settings > Pop-ups and redirects.
- Change the default setting to allow sites to send popups
Edge:
- Open the Microsoft Edge browser
- Click the three-dot icon in the top-right corner
- Select Settings
- In the left panel, click Cookies and Site Permissions
- Under Site Permissions in the right window, scroll down and find Pop-ups and redirects under All permissions
- Toggle off the switch next to Block (recommended)
Firefox:
- Click the three-line menu icon in the upper right corner
- Select Options
- Select the Privacy & Security tab
- Under Permissions, uncheck Block pop-up windows
- Click OK
- Exit and relaunch the browser
Safari (Mac):
- In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Settings, then click Websites.
- Click Pop-up Windows on the left. If you don’t see Pop-up Windows, be sure to scroll to the bottom of the list.
- If there are websites listed below Configured Websites, and you want to change the settings for these sites (for example, they’re set to Allow, but you want to change them to Block), select each website, then click Remove. If you don’t see Configured Websites, either you haven’t set pop-up blocking for any sites yet, or you’ve cleared the list.
- Click the “When visiting other websites” pop-up menu, then choose one of the following:
- Allow: Pop-ups for the websites appear.
Safari (iphone):
- Go to the website
- Click Safari in the menu bar
- Choose Settings for This Website
- Click in the box next to Pop-up Windows
- Choose Allow
Android:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app .
- To the right of the address bar, tap More. Settings.
- Tap Permissions. Pop-ups and redirects.
- Turn off Pop-ups and redirects
