Learning is better when it's collaborative. Whether you’ve found a course that perfectly solves a teammate’s problem or you want to highlight a great resource for your department, the Share feature makes it easy to spread knowledge across your organization.
You can access the sharing options directly from any course player or course overview page by clicking the Share icon.
1. Share via Email
The classic way to send a direct recommendation.
How it works: Enter one or more email addresses, add an optional personal note, and hit send.
Best for: Sending a formal recommendation or reaching colleagues who prefer keeping their "To-Do" list in their inbox.
2. Copy Course Link
Sometimes you just need the URL to drop into a document, a slide deck, or a chat message.
How it works: Selecting this option copies a direct, authenticated link to your clipboard.
Best for: Hyperlinking resources in internal newsletters or pinning a specific course to a project dashboard.
3. Share via Microsoft Teams
Stay in the flow of work by sending courses directly to your colleagues without ever leaving your chat interface.
How it works: Select the Teams icon to open a share window. You can choose to send the course to a specific person, a group chat, or a channel.
Why use it? It’s the fastest way to provide "just-in-time" learning during a project discussion or a brainstorming session.
Tips for Effective Sharing
Context Matters: When sharing via email or Teams, include a brief note explaining why you’re recommending the course (e.g., "This has a great section on Pivot Tables that might help with the monthly report!").
Check Permissions: Ensure the person you are sharing with has access to the library the course belongs to; otherwise, they may need to request access upon clicking the link.
