We’re rolling out new updates to BizLMS and Content Delivery System (CDS) designed to improve accessibility, reporting clarity, and compliance support for both administrators and learners.
BizLMS & CDS Enhancement: New Filtering Options for Languages
Filtering options in BizLMS and CDS have been enhanced, making it easier to filter content by voiceover and caption availability. These updates reinforce BizLibrary’s commitment to accessibility and inclusivity and align with recent BizLibrary Productions content enhancements, including French (France & Canada) and Spanish (Mexico & Spain) voiceovers, as well as closed captions in 33 languages. As a result, more learners can engage with content in their preferred language.
Languages can be found under the new Voiceover and Captions filters within Browse Library and the Content Delivery System (CDS).

BizLMS: Enhanced Transcript Reports
Learner and administrator transcript reports now include additional fields to support compliance with California Senate Bill 513, which expands what counts as an employee’s personnel records and strengthens employee access to those records. These updates provide clearer visibility into training completed and skills gained on the job.
The learner and administrator transcript reports include the following required fields:
- Employee’s name
- Training provider’s name
- Date and duration of the training
- Core competencies or skills covered (e.g., equipment, software)
- Any resulting certification or qualification earned
These reports can be found in the following locations:
