Individual Learner Creation

• What it is: The quickest way to add a single user or make an immediate update.
• How it works: From the Admin dashboard, you simply click "Add User" and fill out their basic profile (username, name, email, and other key attributes).

Bulk Import Template

Can I use both manual and automated methods at the same time? Yes! Many clients use an automated sync (like Okta) for their general workforce but use the Manual Individual method to quickly add contractors or temporary consultants who might not be in their main HR system.

Manual Management (Individual & Bulk Import)

Do I need my IT department to help with manual imports? No. If you can use Excel or Google Sheets, you can manage your users manually. This is one of the biggest benefits of the manual method— as long as you have access to your employee data, you have total independence.
