BizLMS Enhancement: Select All Option on Learners Page

When viewing learners from the Learner’s page, administrators can now select all learners to add to the Learner Draft. To do this, choose the select all option to highlight the first 50 learners. After the first 50 are selected, an option will appear to select all learners within the list.
