New BizLMS Feature: Classroom Dashboard 

Classroom Dashboard is a new, central location for learners to search for classrooms, view classroom details, and manage their registration status. The dashboard also include various filtering options to easily find relevant classrooms.

BizLMS Enhancement: Copy Link Button Added to Schedule Profile 

Another time-saving feature released this month is the ability for administrators to access a “copy link” button for each schedule made in a classroom event. This feature is designed to make it easier for learners to launch or join virtual classroom sessions by clicking the desired event link on the virtual classroom page.   

BizLMS Enhancement: Register/Withdraw Options on Event Card 

A new registration and withdrawal feature allows learners to easily sign up or withdraw from classroom events in one location.

NEW BizLMS Feature: Content Profile QR Codes 

Using QR codes, administrators can now link physical places and items to specific video lessons and desired content. Administrators can print a QR Code linked to the desired content and post it in a physical location of their choice.  

To add a QR code, go to the content profile page and select the ACTIONS menu:

BizSkills Enhancement: New Job Role Groups Created Blank 

For BizSkills clients, when administrators create a job role group, it will be created without any preloaded jobs. The maintains a cleaner structure by allowing administrators populate the job role group with relevant job roles. 

BizLMS Enhancement: Preview eLearning Content in Curriculum Builder 

A new feature to our eLearning video content gives administrators the ability to preview Content in Curriculum Builder. Previewing content in Curriculum Builder allows for a more efficient administrator experience when looking for content to add to their organization's learning programs.   

BizLMS Enhancement: Retiring Multiple Titles at Once in a Library 

For easier content management, administrators now have the ability to retire multiple pieces of content in a library at once. Now administrators can select multiple pieces of content they want to retire and simply press the “retire content button” to remove those lessons from their learner's library. 

BizLMS Enhancement: Qualification Attributes  

This enhancement allows administrators to create a direct learning path based on each learner's attributes by using qualifications rules. To use this feature, administrators will create a qualification rule that assigns learning initiatives based on a learner's unique profile attributes. Once learners complete a learning initiative tied to a qualification, they can be assigned different learning initiatives based on attributes used in the qualification rules.
