Administrators can grant their learners access to content by providing them with access to the library. This enables learners to browse and choose content they would like to see outside of their required training.
To grant library access, please review the following steps:
- Select Administration from the main menu
- Select Learning and then Libraries from the sidebar menu
- Click on the title of the desired library
- Select the Access tab
- Click New Access on the right
- Select the teams or learners that should have access
- Note, if you want learners to only be able to view content that is assigned to them, uncheck the Browsing Allowed checkbox
- Choose the topics that they should have access to (leave blank to allow learners access to all topics)
- Select Grant Access
