Administrators can download a learner's certificates of completion easily by running a transcript detail report. Using filters such as team and/or content title can help to quickly narrow results. Click the gold certificate icon to download the certificate locally to the browser being used and to your downloads folder located on your computer.

Please follow the steps below to download certificate of completion:

1. In the main menu, select Administration
2. Select Reports from the sidebar menu
3. Click Transcripts and then choose the Detail tab
4. Use filters such as Team or Content Title as needed
5. Apply filter(s)
6. Click on the gold certificate icon to the right-hand side of the course

Helpful Tip: Learning Initiatives have their own completion certificates and can be located in the Learning Initiative Detail tab of Reports.
