What is the Skills Development Dashboard?
The Skills Development Dashboard is a centralized location where administrators can view details about their organization’s skills development. The dashboard includes ten widgets that display skills data, and link to various pages throughout the system. Please note, this page will display information for only the learners and teams you have privileges over.
Now, let’s get into each widget available from the Skills Development Dashboard.
Learners with Job Roles
The Learners with Job Roles widget display the total number of learners linked to a job role. You will also see the total number of active learners in the system. This widget links to the Learner Draft page.
Unique Job Role Skills Assigned
Under the Unique Job Role Skills Assigned widget, administrators will see the total number of skills that are being utilized for active job roles. Administrators will also see the total number of skills in the client’s skills library. Clicking this widget will take administrators to the Skills Library page.
Skill Interests Added
From the Skill Interests Added widget, administrators can see the total number of cumulative skills that have been flagged as an interest by their learners. This widget takes administrators to Skills Development > Skills report within centralized reporting.
Average Skill Rating
The Average Skill Rating displays the average rating for all rated skills across your learners.
Ratings By Skills
Ratings By Skills displays learners at each rating level for the skills with the most ratings. This widget links to the Ratings by Skills page, where administrators can sort and search all rated skills.
Top Job Roles by Learners
Within the Top Job Roles by Learners widget, administrators will see job roles with linked active learners, including the number of learners linked to the job roles. Clicking this widget will take administrators to the Job Roles by Learners page, where you can sort and search job roles.
Development Plans
The Development Plans widget displays two pie charts. The top pie chart includes the total number of assigned development plans that are in progress, and the total number of development plans that are completed. The second pie chart displays the total number of development plans that are overdue or due soon. From this widget, administrators can click a pie chart to be directed to centralized reporting.
Most Popular Content
Under the Most Popular Content widget, administrators will see the most popular content that is linked to a skill. This widget can be filtered by last month, last quarter, this month, or this quarter. Clicking a content title will take the administrator to the content profile page on the learner side of the system.
Popular Skill by Content
From the Popular Skill by Content widget, administrators can see the top skills with the most content completions. This graph can be filtered for last month, last quarter, this month, or this quarter.
Roles Matches by Job Role
Lastly, the Role Matches by Job Role widget displays the top job roles with the most learners that match the skills required to complete the job. Clicking View Details will take administrators to a Job Role Profile page, under the Role Matches tab. From there, administrators can sort and search for learners that are role matches for a job.
