Using QR codes, administrators can connect physical locations and items to specific video lessons and content, making it easy to share important info with deskless and off-site employees. They just print a QR code linked to the content and place it where needed. This is especially useful for equipment training or safety procedures on the job.
QR code capabilities are uniquely available for BizLMS clients at this time. Please be advised that QR codes are not currently available in CDS for instances utilizing third-party client platforms.
QR codes are available on:
- BizLibrary Content
- Custom Content
- Learning Initiatives
- Note: In order to access a QR code for a Learning Initiative, the learner must have the program as an assigned initiative.
To download a QR code,:
- Navigate to the content profile page
- Select the Actions
- The click Get QR Code
