You can customize a team’s homepage by dragging and dropping widgets from the widgets tray to the header, sidebar, main, and footer areas of the homepage. Note, widgets will only display if placed into the header, sidebar, main, or footer areas of the homepage.
Widgets currently available:
- Approval Requests: The approval requests widget displays a summary of any requests awaiting approval, as well as provides a spot for learners to submit an external training request
- Browse Topics: Displays available top-level topics
- Classroom Calendar: Provides a calendar view of classroom events for the current month
- Curated Learning Paths: Display a list of all available curated learning paths
- Custom Image: Allows an administrator to add a custom image to the learner homepage
- Custom Text: Add a custom message to display to your learners on their homepage
- Custom URL: Add a custom link for any external events, employee portals, and more
- Featured Content: Select courses to feature to learners from your BizLibrary Offering or your Custom Content Library
- Featured Curated Learning Paths: Select Curated Learning Paths to highlight for learners
- Featured Playlists: Select a featured playlist to display to learners
- Featured Skills: For clients using BizSkills, select skills to present to your learners
- Featured Topics: Promote topics important to your organization to your learners
- Highest Rated: Displays the highest rated content within the system
- In Progress: Displays content and learning initiatives recently watched where the learner is still in progress
- Job Role: Focused Skills: Displays a list of skills relevant to your learners current job role
- Most Popular: Displays the most popular content to learners
- My Assignments: Displays overdue and upcoming assignments to your learners
- My Classroom Events: Provides a list of classroom events a learner is registered for
- My Games: Displays any current game a learner is participating in
- My Playlists: Displays a list of playlists created by the learner
- New Releases: Spotlights the most recently released content to your learners
- News: Will display any active news items created by an administrator
- Recent Learning: Displays content a learner has most recently viewed
- Recommended Content: Provides content recommended based on learner viewing history and selected learning preferences
- Skill Interests: For clients using BizSkills, display your learners chosen skill interests from the homepage
- Skills Rating Requests: Provides a quick overview of any pending and complete skill ratings requests
- Team Playlists: Displays playlists that a learner has available to them based on their team membership
- Time Spent: Displays the amount of time a learner has spent consuming content for the current calendar year, quarter, and month
