BizCreate helps administrators create custom content by allowing them to input a URL, paste text into the form, or upload a PowerPoint file, generating a video lesson through our AI-powered platform.
To use BizCreate, administrators must have content management "Can Manage" privileges over their custom library, meaning they can create custom content within it.

- Note, if the admin is not satisfied with the video and wish to make more edits, please click Go Back and continue editing your video lesson.
- After you select this button, the new video lesson profile will appear on a new tab.
- IMPORTANT: If the administrator edits an existing project and generates a new video lesson from the original profile, IT WILL MAKE A NEW VIDEO LESSON. It will not override the previous version. It is up to the admin to manage existing content.
- If you generate a video lesson from a previously created project and do not edit the title of the project, it will save as new with an appended title, such as: {Title} (1).
- Once the video lesson is created, it can be used as any other custom content item within the admin’s custom library.
FAQ
What is the recommended size of the picture/image to put in on the BizCreate storyboard?
- 16:9 aspect ratio, 1280x720 or 1920x1080 is recommended for scene image size.
What is the maximum length of video that BizCreate can create, or the maximum length of script to input?
- Your total script input should not exceed 12,000 characters.
- Individual scenes have a maximum input of 3,000 characters.
Why am I not seeing older projects?
- Projects will only remain available to edit for 18 months.
Why does the Script to Video not summarize my input?
- While using the Script to Video input option, the exact text will be generated into scenes. This is for administrators writing and creating their own scripts.
- If the administrator wishes to generate a script off of text, we suggest using an application like ChatGPT to write a script for you. Then take that script and paste it into BizCreate Text to Script option.
Why can I not edit a project?
- Your project may not be editable because it is currently generating into a video lesson.
Why is my video lesson not updating after I edit it?
- If you already generate a video lesson and then go back, edit that project, and generate again, it will treat it as a new video lesson. This is in place so that clients can edit existing projects with minor updates and save as new.
