BizAI is available throughout BizLMS to help guide you through setting up your profile, searching for new and relevant content, identifying content related to your current job, and more!
How to Create Your Profile & Learning Preferences Using BizAI
You will first meet BizAI upon your initial log in to the system, where BizAI will walk you through setting up your profile and preferred learning preferences. Start by uploading your profile picture and selecting your current job. Please note, if you do not see you job role, an "Other" option is available:
Then, select your top three learning areas of interest:
Choose whether you prefer short or long content:
Share what brings you in today:
Lastly, review your learning preferences, then click Save & Finish:
Congratulations! You have completed setting up your profile and selecting your learning preferences. Please note, you can change these at any time by visiting your My Profile page.
Start Learning with BizAI
Now it’s time to start learning! BizAI is available in several areas throughout BizLMS to help you find content relevant to you. Please review the following to see all the places you can find BizAI.
Homepage
From your homepage, you may see content recommended to you by BizAI! BizAI’s Recommended Content provides content recommendations based on your learning preferences, as well as content you interact with. The more time you spend watching content, the more likely you will see similar content recommended to you by BizAI!
BizAI’s Recommendations for your job shares content that you may be interested in based on your job role. The content recommendations are suggested based on the skills needed for your selected job.
Browsing Content
At the top of the page, BizAI is available to help you search for and browse content. The enhanced search bar sifts through titles, descriptions, captions, support materials, and more to help identify the most relevant content for your search.
